Fox Smith, LLC seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years experience to work in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice, and labor and employment law. Experience in toxic tort, environmental or administrative law is a plus but not required. Must be licensed in Missouri and eligible for licensure in Illinois. The successful candidate must have excellent research, writing and general communication skills. Civil defense litigation experience is preferred. This position requires a highly motivated, organized professional capable of functioning in a fast-paced legal environment as this position will receive exposure to a wide-range of cases and interact with multiple partners.
