Richard Korn reports that the Missouri Governor signed SB 43 into law on June 30, 2017 which completely overhauls Missouri employment law. Some of the highlights include changing the causation standard to conform with (the more strict) federal law, damage caps, and elimination of individual liability. The law goes into effect on August 28.
