Haley K. Spiewak, a Southern Illinois University School of Law graduate, joined Fox Smith in 2023 as a law clerk and became an associate upon graduation. Prior to joining the firm, Haley worked for Land of Lincoln Legal Aid, where she gained valuable experience assisting clients with a variety of civil legal matters.
Since joining Fox Smith, Haley has gained hands-on experience in all phases of the litigation process, including case management, discovery, and legal research and writing. She assists in defending clients in employment, commercial, and general liability matters.
