As part of a Legal Practices Class given to upper-level chiropractic students, Tom Smith of Fox Smith was asked to participate in a mock trial exercise by demonstrating a direct examination and cross examination of a defendant chiropractor and expert witness. Tom was requested to “represent” the defendant in the mock trial exercise.
Tom has lectured and made similar presentations to other medical groups and schools over the years.
